Wine List

RED

Wollersheim Pinot Noir 2006 - Wisconsin - A grand, classy wine with aromas of black currant, bay leaves and eucalyptus. Highlights of French oak provide for a long smooth finish.

Calesa Syrah 2006 - Chile - Medium-bodied, subtle and refined with classic notes of blueberry, earth, toasted oak and spice. Well-balanced, this wine finishes with an elegantly long embrace.

Goue Vallei Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2005 - South Africa (Fair Trade) - An exemplary salute to the traditional wines of Bordeaux! Aged in two-year old oak barrels for 8 months, this New World claret possesses robust fruit, earth, cedar, and spice. It is cellar worthy, yet friendly and approachable now.

Calesa Carménère 2005 - Chile (Fair Trade) -  Elegant and well-balanced with smoky dark fruits, cumin, bell pepper, roasted meat, spice, cocoa and oak carried by a velvet-smooth texture. This Carménère is one of the most exotic imported red wines to reach the US in many years.

BLUSH

Wollersheim Blushing Rose - Wisconsin - Semi-sweet beautiful soft pink blush with juicy fruits reminiscent of mangos, kiwi and hint of pineapple.

WHITE

Wollersheim Prairie Fume - Wisconsin - Crisp, fresh, semi-dry white bursting with citrus and tropical fruit highlights. Awarded Double-Gold and Best of Class in 2004 and named #5 of Top 100 Wines East of the Rockies. Highly Recommended!

Wollersheim White Riesling - Wisconsin - Semi-sweet fragrant white with a teasing note of licorice. Well-balanced palate of aromas reminiscent of honeyed pears, figs and apricot.

Calesa Chardonnay 2007 - Chile (Fair Trade) -  Fresh Bosc pears, apple, white flowers and ocean mist dominate this elegant Chardonnay, Well-balanced, medium-bodied and perfectly suited for fish, chicken, and vegetarian foods.

Goue Vallei Chenin Blanc 2006 - South Africa (Fair Trade) - Well-defined aromas of hay, citrus and apple precede the subtly sweet yet crisp palate of tropical fruit. Very reminiscent of the classic Loire Valley Chenin, this is a wonderful accompaniment with appetizers and spicy dishes!
